Ans: Browser refreshing is the feature of .NET technology. If you select any one of the above then you may see page is becoming white and progress bar indicating another page requesting process, for that you should wait for 5 sec to 60 sec. (Depending on your connection speed) to get next page.

Question: My contact information is not showing in the resume display format?

Ans.If this problem arise then please create another user-id and post a new resume and be care full after filling contact information do not click on Save & Prev button.

Question: How do I deactivate my resume?

Ans. To deactivate your resume send your user-id to admin@geniusjobs.com and later on if you want to activate again send your user-id to the same email address.

2. How do I send you my resume?

You could input your resume online in the format available at GeniusJobs.com by clicking on the link -Post Your RESUME. Alternatively you could send a hard copy (on paper) by post. 

Please do not send us your RESUME on a floppy as the floppy could get corrupted and would delay the processing of the resume. Also please do not e-mail it to us at any of the email addresses listed at our site since it may get lost amongst the 1000s of emails that we receive every day.


3. In what format do I send you my resume?

It is preferable to send us your resume in the format available online as mentioned above by clicking on the link-Post Your RESUME- on the geniusjobs.com home page. This has a character limit so keep that in mind while you input your RESUME online. This format helps maintain brevity of your RESUME, which benefits you and the recruiter. You get to focus your experience within the specified format. The recruiters get the information that is relevant quickly, as they do not and will not scan through a detailed RESUME for short listing. You can provide a detailed RESUME later once you have been short-listed.

4. How do I make the payment?

Sending us your resume either by inputting online or by post is the first step. It does not tell us what to do with your resume unless you specify which service you want. Anyone can input their resume/RESUME which is a free facility. However, without corresponding payment for a particular service your resume will just be part of our internal database. This could be accessed by special clients, but to proactively contact recruiters, it is better that you use our paid services.
